NDA at an escort agency: how the confidentiality agreement works

When an NDA is appropriate

Our default is confidentiality without paperwork. Client names, venues, conversation topics — none of it leaves the agency or moves between profiles internally. This unwritten standard is held through coordinator regulation and individual companion onboarding commitments.

Sometimes a client wants an additional formal layer. Reasons:

  • Public-status client — corporate top management, regional politician, media personality.
  • Deal-critical engagement — M&A talks, investment round, confidential technical briefing.
  • Counterparty's NDA — if your counterparty will bring their own NDA, your companion needs to be in that chain too.

In other cases an NDA is a bureaucratic step that adds time, not protection. The coordinator advises whether it's worth signing in your case.

What's in the Escort MSK template

Two-page bilingual (RU+EN) document covering:

  1. Parties. Client (full legal name), companion (contract name), Escort MSK as agency-counterparty.
  2. Scope of confidentiality. Client identity, engagement location, conversation topics, partner names, company badges. The fact of the meeting itself is also under NDA.
  3. Term. Default 3 years from the meeting date; up to 10 years on request.
  4. Sanctions. Monetary penalty payable to the client on a proven breach (500K – 2M ₽, scaled to client profile). Financial liability sits on Escort MSK (agency), not on the companion personally — this is the real enforcement lever.
  5. Jurisdiction. Moscow Arbitration Court. Russian law, English parallel for foreign clients.

What's NOT covered

  • Disclosure under Russian regulatory inquiry (we must comply).
  • Disclosure within a court case initiated by the client themselves.
  • Companion's disclosure during her own legal defence.

These exclusions are standard for any Russian NDA.

Signing process

  1. Client tells the coordinator: "Need an NDA".
  2. Coordinator sends the template. Client approves (no edits — 90% of cases).
  3. Coordinator signs with the companion electronically. Client gets a PDF with both signatures + agency stamp.
  4. If the client has a lawyer's template, we review, typically integrate within 2 business days.

From request to signed PDF: 24 hours.

What we don't do

We don't sign post-meeting NDAs. A confidentiality obligation cannot be demanded retroactively after the engagement. Signed before the meeting or not signed at all.

Cost

NDA signing is included in status-tier profiles. For base-tier profiles a separate 5K ₽ line item. Coordinator confirms at booking.

Storage

The signed NDA is held by Escort MSK Legal for the duration of the term + 3 archival years. Access: director and legal officer only. Early destruction on mutual consent if both parties decide to close the relationship.
