Corporate Event Escort in Moscow

A corporate evening, a fuelled-up reception, the leadership keynote — a companion who carries the full programme with you.

What a corporate event companion does

A Moscow corporate event runs 3–6 hours with its own rhythm: welcome cocktail, seating, agency programme, reception, informal continuation. Arriving without a plus-one means at least half of that time turns into "standing at the bar and looking at the phone". An Escort MSK companion is a plus-one with context — walking through the programme with ease, not standing alone at a corporate event.

Who it fits

  • Senior management who cannot drop out of the event but whose life partner is unavailable;
  • Out-of-town guests in Moscow for an industry event;
  • Corporate employees on a business trip — when the firm holds an event and you are here briefly without a local circle;
  • Guests for whom the visual side of a public appearance matters (evening suits, photography, media).

What we agree upfront

  • The venue: hotel ballroom, loft, restaurant, river boat, country house, off-site format;
  • Theme and dress code: New Year ball, industry mixer, "black & white", casual Friday;
  • Programme: keynote, photo shoot, dancing, after-party;
  • Languages: companies with an international staff mix require English;
  • Start, end and logistics — pickup, drop-off, meeting point.

Etiquette and conduct

A companion knows several things by default: stays at one glass of wine, does not enter conversations about your personal life, does not leave you alone for longer than 10 minutes, does not take selfies without your permission, does not get drawn into work conversations with your colleagues. If you use a cover story, it is supported; if not, the companion behaves as neutral background.

What drives the cost

A 4-hour corporate event in a standard venue inside the Third Ring costs less than a 30-kilometre country-house outing or a river-boat format with a long programme. Out-of-town trips are quoted separately from the hourly rate and agreed at least a day in advance.

Frequently asked questions

How does the corporate-event rate differ from a business dinner?

A business dinner is an intimate three-hour format at a restaurant; a corporate event runs 3 to 6 hours at a banquet venue with a welcome cocktail, a programme and an after-party. The corporate rate is higher because of duration and a more public setting (media, photography, broader dress code). The exact figure is set for the specific event.

Does the companion stay for the after-party at the hotel bar?

If the after-party is a continuation of the main event in the hotel lobby bar or restaurant, it falls within the booking timing and is confirmed at booking. Moving the continuation to a different, unagreed location (including a private room) is grounds for ending the engagement. This rule is not negotiated for any client.

Is a 2-day corporate event one booking or two?

A two-day corporate event (for example, an industry forum with a banquet on the second evening) is booked as a business-trip format — a single 48-hour engagement with one companion, a programme across both days and separate rooms. This is easier logistically and usually more economical than two separate bookings.

Do we need a separate profile for each guest?

Yes — if several foreign partners attend the event and each needs a "plus-one in context", different profiles are matched and paired by style. This is a standard request for large events (SPIEF, investment forums, dealer conferences). At least a week before the date — this is required for proper matching.

Can the companion be a host or is it accompaniment only?

The base format is accompaniment, not hosting. If the event needs a professional MC (microphone, programme, on-stage role), that is a different category and not what we offer. That said: a companion can step into the public part with tact (greeting guests, supporting small-talk at the bar) if agreed upfront.
